How to use:
Use sparingly whenever you feel your colour levels need topping up throughout the day. 
Press one short spray over the left shoulder, one short spray above the crown and one short spray over the right shoulder.
Extend arms above head and then gently bring hands in and cross wrists over crown area and then cross over each of the chakras, stopping to rest over the heart chakra for a few moments. Continue down and give the energies to the earth. 
Then bring the energies all the way up the front, and rest your hands on your heart for a few moments.
